Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please Contact Us within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.


If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product or desire and exchange, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund or exchange.


To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract with a clear statement by e-mail to info@hceorg.com. Indicate the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods or the last good or the last lot or piece (as the case may be).


You may return new, unopened, items sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund after contacting us. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).


In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is “Packaged”, the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is“In transit”.


Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.


You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of the returned item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


Return Procedures
After contacting us you will receive return authorization, a return address, and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.


After returning, email the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we will expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


Return Conditions

  1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first and receiving return authorization.
  3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Trial Packs, Sale Items.
  4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  5. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).


We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.


We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-. 14 days after the day we receive correspondence from you regarding any goods supplied, or . if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.


We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Faulty Product, Damaged, or Dead on Arrival


Please note that any products returned to us which you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;(b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.


Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as above.


Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
